Bookings must be paid in full to secure your spot.

After you purchase a ticket, we hold a spot for you, purchase and prepare materials, arrange refreshments.

If you are no longer able to attend, or if something unforeseen prevents your participation, we can offer funds to be transferred to another class, placed in credit ( 12 months validity) if given more than 7 days notice. This gives us an opportunity to pass the ticket on to someone else.

Tickets are non-refundable, all purchases are final.

No refund provided for a No Show.

If you feel unwell leading up to the event, please be in touch. As it's in the best interest of everyone that no one attends a group gathering if you are unwell. In some cases we may be able to give you the materials and instructions to complete at home, this is for Sip and Paint events only. You can collect when you feel well enough.

 

If WE have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances you will be notified of a reschedule date. If this is not suitable you will then be given an option for a credit. A credit is valid for 12 months and can be redeemed on any future class, availability permitting.

Minimums numbers are required for sessions to operate. As the event draws near, I will be in touch for reconfirmation as the session continues or to advise the session is cancelled, and a refund will be provided for the event ticket price less a $15 admin fee.
