Throughout the term children local Mackay artist Michelle, will prepare themed weekly sessions and mentor/guide the group. To create with a variety of watercolour, pastel & Acrylic Paint techniques, with lots of colour! Suitable for ages 6-12years. - what we will cover over the term… •Watercolour, pastel & acrylic paint techniques •Drawing/template artworks. This workshop requires no previous experience and is a great opportunity to try a new hobby with other like-minded people. Acrylic resin is a water-based two-part material used to make decorative objects from a Mould. Fast curing time, allows us to create x1 beautiful vase, using terrazzo chips to create modern effects or a marble finish. After sanding the final result feels like polished stone. All materials are provided, live demonstrations by Michelle showing the process and then you get to enjoy making your very own pieced to sand and take home the same day. *Due to mould availability, there will be various numbers of square and round shaped vase moulds handed out at random. All supplies, learn how to create a beautiful 400g candle made with plant-based wax & fragrances. Personalise with crystals, dried flowers and glitters. Join me to learn how to create fabulous earrings with Polymer Clay, includes all materials and how to create your own designs from start to finish. During this special session we will be creative with cane techniques. Michelle demonstrates and explains the entire process step by step. Using high quality materials and having a heap of FUN along the way! Easter school holidays fun, kids 6+ years and guardians create together session. Children can attend on their own, or guardians are welcome to purchase a seat and participate. During this session was use acrylic paints on canvas, draw the curtains creative with glow paints. Participants paint their very own A4 Neon artworks to take home. Participants will chose from a range of different options, ie fish, lava lamps, rainbows, mushrooms It's a lot of fun creating in a group environment, with a supportive teacher and beginner friendly instructions.
