We are a welcoming space in North Mackay where people come together to slow down, create, and reconnect through art.
Creative connection has the power to calm the mind, lift wellbeing, and open space for self-expression. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down, create, and step away from the demands of everyday life for a while.
The Creative Art Studio was created as a place where people can gather, create, and reconnect with themselves through hands-on art experiences across a variety of mediums.
Led by Mackay artist Michelle, the studio is built around a love of shared creativity — where people feel welcome, supported, and free to explore without pressure or expectation. Michelle enjoys guiding workshops in a relaxed group setting, sharing techniques, ideas, and conversation along the way.
Workshops are held at out North Mackay studio, Shop 1, 3 Ungerer St, off Harbour Rd — a calm, creative space designed for slowing down and making something meaningful.
