RSL Queensland has selected Active Lifestyles events throughout Queensland to provide opportunities for veterans, current serving Defence members, partners, and children to take part in activities while connecting with fellow members of the Defence family.
In this workshop you will be shown demonstrations of basic watercolour techniques before experimenting with watercolours to create your own beautiful artwork. This workshop requires no previous experience and is a great opportunity to try a new hobby with other like-minded people.
Requirements This activity is open to Veterans, current serving Defence members, their partners, and children 5 years or older. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. A light morning tea will be provided.

Please note that prior to the event, you will be required to complete an RSL QLD waiver. This will be emailed to you after registration. All attendees will be unable to participate without completing the waiver. If you have any questions about this event, please contact partnerships@rslqld.org

FREE community event!
During this fun after dark session, we turn out the lights and paint under UV to bring our neon Jellyfish artwork to life.
Enjoy the company of others and listen to tunes while you have a paint brush in one hand and a drink in the other.
All art supplies included. BYO Drinks, ice and glass ware provided. A delicious, shared nibbles platter included.
Participants under 17 years must be accompanied by participating adult.

Come along for a beautiful morning creating, in a relaxed setting and enjoy the steps to create a dried flower artwork made by yourself.
We use create our stunning designs using real dried flowers, in a 4x6 size frame. As shown in photos.
BYO Drinks and nibbles if you so please. Hosted by Michelle, she will lead the session All art supplies are included, just bring yourself!
Minimum age 12+ years. Seats are limited and bookings are essential.

Join me for a fun alcohol ink art and epoxy resin Workshop with all supplies included.
Learn ink art techniques, to create your own beautiful set of 4, 10cm x 10cm tile coasters. Then seal with epoxy resin.
